Non-Refundable Terms and Conditions

1. Sales Products

All sales by Laserems are final and non-refundable. The Customer acknowledges that they have inspected the Equipment and found it to be satisfactory before purchase. The Company does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Equipment's performance, or compatibility issues.

2. Service Fees and Payment

2.1 Service Fees: All fees associated with the repair of aesthetic laser equipment are non-refundable once the repair service has commenced.

2.2 Payment: Payment for repair services is due in full upon completion of the repair or as otherwise specified in the invoice. Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges and delays in the release of the repaired equipment.

3. Inspection and Diagnosis

3.1 Initial Inspection: Clients understand that an initial inspection fee may apply, which is non-refundable regardless of the outcome or decision to proceed with the repair.

3.2 Diagnosis: Once the repair process begins, any diagnostic or assessment fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the ultimate repair outcome.

3.3 Quotation/Repair Estimates: Written quotations and repair estimates expire 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Seller in writing.

4. Scope of Repair

4.1 Agreement to Repair: By authorizing the repair of aesthetic laser equipment, clients acknowledge and agree to the proposed scope of repair as outlined in the repair estimate or work order.

4.2 Modification of Scope: Any changes to the initially agreed-upon scope of repair may result in additional charges, and such modifications are non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees on Pre-existing Issues

5.1 Pre-existing Issues: The repair company cannot guarantee the resolution of pre-existing issues unrelated to the authorized repair work. Any additional repairs required for pre-existing issues will be subject to separate fees.

6. Limited Warranty

6.1 Warranty Period: Repairs performed by Laserems are covered by a limited warranty for a specified period. Clients acknowledge that the warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or subsequent damage.

6.2 Voiding Warranty: Opening or attempting to repair the equipment by anyone other than authorized technicians may void the warranty.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Client: Clients understand that once the repair process has commenced, any request for cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee, and all fees paid up to that point are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Legal Jurisdiction: These non-refundable terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Federal and Provincial Jurisdiction in Canada. Any disputes will be subject to resolution in the appropriate courts of Federal and Provincial Jurisdiction in Canada.
